In 1950, Jordi Aguadé Clos founded our workshop.
He was a disciple and collaborator of Josep Llorens Artigas and collaborated with Joan Miró and Joan Vila Grau.
In 1960, he became a founding member of “La Cantonada”.
Notable recognitions include the “Gold Medal of the State of Bavaria” and the “Creu de Sant Jordi,” among others.
In 1988, Pere Aguadé, the founder's son, took over the reins without losing sight of the origins and with great respect for tradition.
He modernized the business and opened it to new designers.
He focused on an avant-garde product and maintained high quality standards.
In 2006, Aguadé Ceràmica, already established as a benchmark for functional ceramics, specialized in the manufacture of customized products.
It stands out for the creation of customized tableware for some of the most prestigious restaurants of the moment, both nationally and internationally.
In 2025, Aguadé Ceràmica celebrates its 75th anniversary and continues to represent the avant-garde history and heritage of the 70s.
